This 243,460 SF tower’s sleek modern design includes a building enclosure comprised of a brick and metal panel facade meeting glass curtain wall. The lobby is filled with natural light and wrapped in cherry wood veneer with polished concrete floors and metal paneled walls. Modern steel and wood tread stairs connect levels 1 and 2 to a second-level bridge that accesses the parking garage across the street. The lobby also features artwork etched on glass panels, and a video board adds detail and motion to the space. The solar array includes 698 panels, each capable of producing 370 watts, which provides a system with an estimated annual production of 330,000 kWh. The winged solar array is also an enhancement to the building design, making it a unique feature in the skyline.
